Dean Koontz. From the Corner of his Eye

Loved it! Twists and turns, a fabulous story, great characters. Enoch Cain has you believing he is a good and loving man as the book begins, but then he does something that totally leaves you in shock, and after a while you begin to see what an evil person he is. Evil and extremely dangerous.
I couldn't put this book down. The way Dean Koontz brings all the characters together is very clever. What a writer. This book has everything, but what I particularly like is that there is a moral tone all the way through. This book is a thriller with spirituality. Quite a combination! It has your pulse racing, a few tears here and there and the spiritual side (you may die here, but in other parallel worlds you didn't die) leaves you thinking and wondering...

Book: Jane Eyre
Author: Charlotte Bronte
Jane Eyre is a book that I have read again and again, and every time it seems a little bit new. Jane Eyre is the story of a small, plain-faced, intelligent, and passionate English orphan. A masterful story of a woman's quest for freedom and love. Jane Eyre is partly autobiographical, and Charlotte Bronte filled it with social criticism and sinister Gothic elements. When I read this book I feel like I am reading, and even writing, a chapter out of my own life. Charlotte Bronte wrote fictional accounts of her own childhood, education, and her experiences as a teacher in almost all of her novels. The ill-kept school, the long-suffering friend, the passion for the employer- all these belong in her own life. The character of Jane dominates the entire book. But the other characters are also unforgettable- who can forget the ‘madwoman in the attic’. A must read for anyone wishing to celebrate the indomitable strength of will or encourage it in their growing children.

Reading books is my favourite way to kill time . I fall in love to 'The Hunger Games'trilogy by Suzanne Collins . As for me this novel about spirit of the revolution .Moreover I'm deeply impressed by the main characters. It is written in the voice of 16-year-old Katniss Everdeen, who lives in the dystopian, post-apocalyptic nation of Panem in North America. The Capitol, a highly advanced metropolis, exercises political control over the rest of the nation. And Peeta Mellark, a former schoolmate of Katniss who once gave her bread from his family's bakery when her family was starving.
Katniss and Peeta are taken to the Capitol, where their drunken mentor, Haymitch Abernathy, victor of the 50th Hunger Games, instructs them to watch and determine the strengths and weaknesses of the other tributes.
Furthemore their love story have got very dark and stressful atmosphere .Excellent , amazing ,awesome book with interesting plot which full of actions. To sum up this novel is a brilliant of modern literature .

My favorite book is “Pride and Prejudice" of Jane Austen. I first discovered these story when I was about fifteen and I've loved it ever since. This story have got a terrific Victorian atmosphere, when you read them you really feel like you've been carried back to old and magical London.
All books by Jane Austen are saturated romantic and are a hit among women. And I am not an exception.
Normally I only read stories once, but this book I can read again and again. Each time I re-read them I discover more and more to enjoy. I advise you to read this book! :)

One wise man once said : “ In your life you should read only 10 books, but you can find this books only, if you read more than thousands”. All my life I trying to find this books, but for me is so hard to choose the best book. And I want to say something about some books. The book “I can jump over puddles” by Alan Marshall told me story of young boy, who suffered from poliomyelitis, but he was not paying attention at his feet, finished to school, entered the university, learned to ride a horse and led an active life. This story teach me not only to dream, but make some actions on the road to my goals. The book “Туда без обратно” by Elchin Safarli show love Russian woman to young Turkish man. Their love and feelings can be a wonderful example of passionate, tender and true love. Unfortunately they didn’t have future. This memorable couple was destroyed by relatives. And the last one is “The Plague” by Albert Camus. Incredible existentialist writer tell readers story about sity, where inhabitants fought the plague. In the image of plague I saw a world evil that is always close to everyone and can come out in any time.
An example of this city, the writer encourages every person to unite for joint fight.
I'm madly in love with these books, because they taught me a lot vital things. I could describe a lot more books that struck me and allocate important things among them, because I am real fan of the books. But I think this is not the end . I am sure, that new books will be so unusual and unforgettable for me.

My fauvorite book is «The portrait of Dorian Grey» of Oskar Wild . I have read it several times. This book attracts me of its brilliant and fascinating plot. Most of all I enjoy the main character. Dorian Grey is a young and very kind man who has got an unreal beauty. Everyone who has ever seen him liked him. One day he had met a man who changed his life. This man, Harry, taught Dorian to enjoy his life while he was young and beautiful because beauty wouldn’t be forever. He advised Dorian not to marry and told him many others ideas. Dorian listened to him and admired. He made a lot of what later regretted. To cut a long story short, I can say that this book makes me think about a lot of things. It’s a very hard book but you should read it….!

“Gone with the wind “by Margaret Mitchell
This book is my favorite one. I suggest to everyone, especially woman to read it, because, on the one hand, it was a very interesting book and I have learned from it a lot about historical event, about war which was in the USA.
On another hand, this book is a love story, but not a usual love story. The girl, Scarlet O’Hara, during the whole story should to make a choice between her love and prosperity of her family.
This book will raise a lot of emotions in you such as sympathy and desire to help, joy, but sometimes you will experience resentment, anger and disgust.
And finally “Gone with the Wind” is an easy to read. I mostly recommend this book to people that like to read a lot because this is a pretty long book.
